Port Colborne man tied to April 19 house break-in
PELHAM, Ont.—A Port Colborne man arrested Saturday is accused of the April 19 break-in at a Pelham house. Robert Johnson, 34, was charged with break, enter and commit, possession of stolen property under $5,000, fraud under $5,000 and breach of probation. An investigation by the Welland Street Crime Unit led to stolen items being recovered at a store in Welland, authorities said.
