Town of Tonawanda
A teacher and a student are the latest people who will be memorialized within the Kenmore-Town of Tonawanda School District. A new sign planned for Kenmore West High School will be dedicated in the memory of Brian C. Dugan, an English teacher who died in September 2010 after he was hit by a car while jogging in the town. The request was made, and will be funded, by the Kenmore Alumni Association and the Kenmore West High School Class of 2011.
